Set in a prominent location at the top of a hill on the edge of Egham. The site backs onto woodland and is in the green belt and part of the conservation area.

HF obtained planning for three luxury five bedroom, town houses that include basement rooms.

We were also appointed to prepare the building regulations drawings and act as Principal Designer for both CDM and Designer rolls.
