Set in the green belt on the outskirts of Guildford. This site was previously undeveloped agricultural land. As a rural exception site outside the council's development zone.

Commissioned by the developer to gain planning for 16 affordable properties. HF Architecture worked closely with the agent to ensure the mix of units worked. HF prepared and submitted a full planning application and worked closely with the local authority.

Due to the location of the site, the proposal received a great deal of opposition from the local residents. HF Architecture were able to navigate and resolve the planning issues. Recently the site has been completed using modular off-site construction that significantly reduced construction time on site.
